Just thought you all might like to hear about what happened last "meeting"! After gathering for a (very) informal business meeting, the Silva and Dahl families headed off to JoAnne Fabrics to pick out fabric for our next service project; making pillowcases for the Childrens Hospital!
There was quite an array of fabrics to choose from, but finding a bolt for less than $5 a yard proved to be a little challenging.

So, after a grueling search through just about every single bolt of fabric in JoAnne's we managed to find fabric that everyone liked, and stayed within our budget! Can't wait for our next meeting, where we'll sew the pillowcases! |
